Body Conditioning focuses on strength, muscular endurance and fitness training.  This class is a high energy, high impact workout and typically involves a combination of aerobics and toning.  It incorporate weight training and high reps to achieve definition, burn, and muscle fatigue.


Body Conditioning is a complete and constant workout!   This exercise increases the fitness of the tissues in your body, whether through building muscles, burning fat or increasing the efficiency of your organs.  This will help to develop a strong and toned physique.
