Barre fitness is a ballet-inspired fitness class incorporating  elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training.  This style will allow you to develop long, lean muscles without bulk.  Barre will quickly allow you to see changes in your body, gain strength, and tone muscles in your core, arms, and legs.  The moves are choreographed to motivating music.

Barre primarily uses your own body weight for resistance and high repetitions with a small range-of-motion movements.  The ballet barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training.
